Story
Hi there, my name is Nikki,
As head trainer of FIT BODY BY NIKKI I get the privilege of meeting some amazing women in my community. We love to keep active and find that fitness helps us manage stress, helps to keep us in shape and gives us time out from our often 'too busy lives'. We are getting our amazing team of strong babes together to fundraise for a cause close to a lot our hearts 'LIVIN'. We want to help make a difference by creating our very own fundraising appeal for this charity, we have all been touched by someone in our lives (or even ourselves) that suffers with Anxiety, depression, bipolar, PTSD and other mental health conditions. My team and I will be participating in Stadium Stomp 2018 this winter and will be climbing thousands of stairs within the SCG for our chosen charity. LIVIN
LIVIN was founded in 2013 by Casey Lyons and Sam Webb in honour of their best mate Dwayne Lally with a goal to break the stigma surroundning mental health through education and awareness.
LIVIN is all about living your life at the top through connecting, supporting and encouraging one another to talk about our feelings and challenges. This awareness can be achieved through wearing the LIVIN merchandise, community engagement and the delivery of our mental health educational and stigma reduction program, LIVINWell.
All donations to LIVIN contribute towards the delivery of our LIVINWell Schools Program which is provided to high schools around Australia at no cost to the school or the students.
Our aim is to break the stigma surrounding mental health and reinforcing that It Ain't Weak to Speak.
